SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

CHARTWISE TRADE is a shipbroker company with office in Cyprus. Now we are searching for a Senior Accountant to join us in Limassol (Cyprus).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily bookkeeping tasks;
• Processing of payment orders of the company;
• Monthly financial and management reporting;
• Preparation and leading of statutory audit;
• Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS;
• Bank accounts and operational cash flow reconciliations and another counter parties;
• Liaison with auditors, banks and other financial institutions;
• Ensuring financial accounting and document workflow meets the requirements of the Accounting Act and business needs, as well as complies with applicable legislation.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in accounting;
• Higher education in Accounting or Finance;
• Fluent Greek and English;
• Knowledge of local and international taxation principles, as well as IFRS;
• Proficiency in MS Excel;
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
